We have been receiving complaints from people that are unable to withdraw their activities earnings. Its clearly stated that activities earnings can be withdrawn, but only once in a month on our FAQ. In other words, a member that has not been on the platform for at least 30 days can not withdraw activities earnings.
3. Payment Delay
We do not delay payments. The more we grow, the more payment requests we get weekly. When it gets to your turn to receive payment, you will get paid.
However, the waiting time for receiving payment is 1 - 5 working days. This may later increase as our number increases, but we will inform you of any new development.
4. Posting Limited
Lets clearly state that without posting on ANP, you can hit the minimum withdrawal in less than 60 days by just reading, commenting, and logging in daily.
Because of the growing number of members, if everyone is allowed to post, the website will be over crowded with posts and it is unhealthy for ANP.
With many posts per day, a new user can reach minimum withdrawal in less than 48 hours. This will definitely make ANP look like Ponzi and truncate our vision.
For this reason, 200 posts will be allowed per pay and posts that falls under news, entertainment, health, business, and politics will be considered first. Please do not feel bad if you are unable to post. Other activities are not restricted.
We will be deleting old posts. This is necessary because it will aid the speed of ANP website. It will have no effect on activities earnings since you earn only from posts not more than 2 days.
5. Attack on Vendors
We want to clearly state that Vendors are not Admin and should not be attacked for any technical error. Vendors are just like other members sacrificing their time to help others.
Always use the support form to send your complaints.
6. Failed Login
If you are experiencing failed login, please try to reset your password before sending us a complaint.
7. Website Speed
